End-to-end interface design for a consumer mobile wallet application.

Early usability testing showed users hesitating before confirming transfers due to unclear fee disclosure.
The Solution
We redesigned the confirmation flow to surface fees and delivery time upfront, and simplified the navigation from five tabs to three core actions.
