SaaS Analytics Dashboard
A customer-facing analytics dashboard built into an existing SaaS product.
The Challenge
Customers were exporting raw data to build their own reports because the product had no native analytics view.
The Solution
We designed and built a dashboard with a query API layer, letting customers build custom reports in-product instead of exporting data manually.
Deliverables
- Analytics dashboard
- Reporting API
- Custom report builder
